How your contract is concluded

1. No immediate online purchase

This website provides product information and an inquiry route. Completing the email generator, sending an inquiry or downloading a price list does not conclude a contract.

2. Non-binding inquiry

You tell us the required products, quantities, delivery location and, where applicable, the intended setup. Your inquiry is non-binding and may be made by email or telephone.

3. Individual quotation

We send a written quotation. It includes in particular the product model, quantity, supplied components, gross price and, where applicable, net price, packaging and shipping, delivery territory, expected lead time, payment terms, quotation validity and the technical information applicable to the order.

4. Order and contract conclusion

You may accept the quotation within the stated period and in the stated form. Your acceptance is a binding order. A contract is concluded only when SP Services GmbH expressly confirms the order in writing or dispatches the goods. An automatic acknowledgment of receipt is not acceptance.

5. Contract text

The individual quotation, your acceptance, the order confirmation and the attached customer and product information form the contract documents. You receive them by email and can store them permanently. Communication takes place in German or, where the quotation is issued accordingly, English.

6. Technical requirements and customer information

Technical suitability is promised only for the model and setup expressly confirmed in writing. Changes to projectile or ammunition type, performance, distance, mounting, orientation or range environment require renewed assessment before use. The customer must provide the information required for assessment completely and accurately.

7. Statutory defect rights

Consumers have statutory defect rights. Supplementary legally permissible terms may be agreed in the individual quotation for businesses, clubs, public authorities or other professional operators. A guarantee exists only where expressly described in writing as a guarantee together with its scope.

8. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of SP Services GmbH until payment has been made in full.

9. Consumer withdrawal

Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Details and the model withdrawal form are available on the withdrawal page. A statutory exception may apply to individually made or clearly personalised goods.

10. Authoritative documents

If general website information differs from an individual quotation, the individual quotation and its attachments are authoritative. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
