QUALITY & MATERIAL
Robust quality for intensive training
High-strength plastic with self-healing, UV-resistant and weather-resistant properties for versatile training setups.
HIGH-STRENGTH PLASTIC
Developed for repeated impact loading
TARGET-EAGLE training targets are made from impact-resistant plastic. The material is designed for repeated use and requires no rust-protection coating or regular repainting.
Visual inspection and cleaning before and after use support long-term operation.

MATERIAL PROPERTIES
Designed for durability and outdoor use
Self-healing*
After penetration, impact channels in the material version used can close again to a large extent. “Self-healing” does not mean complete restoration, damage-free use or unlimited service life.
UV-resistant*
According to the available manufacturer and material information, the material version used is intended for repeated sunlight exposure and outdoor use. The statement does not mean unlimited service life or a specific standardised UV test class.
Weather-resistant*
The material version used is resistant to moisture and normal changing weather conditions. Duration, care, temperature, storage and the specific conditions of use may affect material behaviour.
Low-maintenance
No rust, no repainting and a straightforward visual and functional inspection before training.

500-ROUND PRACTICAL TEST*
Intensive loading on a small impact area
In a documented practical test, approximately 500 rounds of 9 mm ammunition were fired at an impact area of about 10 mm on the tested sample. No structural damage was identified on the tested target body under the documented test conditions.
The individual test illustrates the load resistance of the tested material and setup configuration.
ALTERNATIVE TO STEEL TARGETS
Ricochet-free performance only for the confirmed configuration*
Plastic training targets are an alternative for situations where conventional steel falling plates are not permitted, practical or desired.
Whether a setup can be assessed as ricochet-free depends on the confirmed product and mounting configuration, ammunition, distance, target angle, backstop and range environment. This does not provide a general assurance for different conditions.

* The statements relate solely to the material version tested or documented by the manufacturer and the associated test conditions. Actual behaviour may vary in particular by model, batch, ammunition, impact performance, distance, mounting, temperature, weather and shot distribution. They do not constitute a guarantee of a specific service life, shot count, calibre approval, ricochet-free performance or unrestricted outdoor use. The technical conditions of use and product information for the relevant version are authoritative.
CARE & INSPECTION
Simple checks for long-term use
A brief inspection before training helps keep the target body and setup in reliable condition.
Inspect the target body
Check for cracks, missing material, permanent deformation and damaged attachment points.
Check the mounting
Inspect bases, connectors, fasteners, timber sections and retaining parts for secure fit and visible damage.
Replace damaged parts
Do not continue using loose, incomplete or permanently deformed components.
Documented technical conditions of use
Documented technical conditions of use apply to the D and X Series: factory-loaded full-metal-jacket (FMJ) ammunition only, from .22 LR to .45 ACP plus .223 Rem.; minimum shooting distance 2 m, including for .223 Rem. Handloaded or reloaded ammunition has not been tested and is not approved. Hard-core/steel-core, tracer, incendiary, armour-piercing and explosive ammunition is excluded. Mounting, backstop, target orientation and range environment must match the confirmed configuration and the shooting-range operator requirements.
