Delivery territory, shipping charges and payment terms

1. Delivery territory

Standard deliveries are made within Germany. Deliveries to other European Union Member States are possible following prior assessment and express confirmation in the quotation. Deliveries outside the European Union are not generally offered and require a separate written agreement.

2. Shipping charges

Shipping is not included as a flat amount in the product price. The charge depends in particular on quantity, total weight, dimensions, protective packaging, destination and any bulky-goods or freight requirements. Because these factors are known only after the specific order has been assembled, the quotation states shipping as a concrete amount. No contract is concluded before you know the total price including shipping.

3. Packaging

Products are packaged according to type, quantity and transport route. Special packaging, reusable packaging or customer-specific shipping requirements are charged only where expressly stated in the quotation.

4. Lead time

The expected lead time is stated in the individual quotation. Depending on the agreement, it begins after contract conclusion, receipt of payment, approval of a custom version or clarification of all technical and commercial information. Partial deliveries are made only by agreement.

5. Payment methods

The offered payment methods are stated in the individual quotation. Bank transfer or advance payment may be agreed as the standard method. Different payment terms may be set in writing for existing customers or specific orders. No online payment takes place on this website.

6. Invoices

Invoices are generally sent electronically to the email address supplied by the customer unless otherwise agreed. Consumer prices include statutory VAT.

7. Transport damage

Please inspect the consignment on receipt for externally visible damage and document any irregularities as soon as possible. This notice does not restrict your statutory rights, particularly as a consumer.
