2. Hosting, email and server log data
This website and email communication for the target-eagle.com domain are operated by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, proprietor René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR is in place with ALL-INKL.COM.
When the website is accessed, technically necessary connection data is processed. This may include the IP address, date and time, requested resource, referrer, browser and operating-system information, HTTP status and transferred volume. The purpose is secure, stable and error-free provision and the detection and defence of attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure operation of the website.
Server log data is generally deleted by the hosting provider after no more than seven days unless it is exceptionally required for longer to investigate a specific security incident.
3. Cookies, browser storage and external content
This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies. The mobile navigation and email generators operate without persistent storage in cookies, Local Storage or Session Storage. No external fonts, maps, videos, CAPTCHA, analytics or social-media plugins are loaded automatically.
4. Product and contact inquiries
Entries on the inquiry and withdrawal pages are processed only locally in your browser. The website does not transmit the entries to a web server. We receive the information only when you send the prepared email yourself in your email application.
For an inquiry, we process in particular your name, email address, stated product models, quantities, delivery location and message. Organisation and telephone number are voluntary at first contact. Technical details such as projectile or ammunition type, performance, distance, mounting and range environment are required only where you request technical assessment or a reliable quotation for a specific use configuration.
Processing is carried out to answer your inquiry, perform preliminary technical and commercial assessment and take steps prior to contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For contacts acting on behalf of a business, club or public authority, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR may additionally apply; our legitimate interest is processing business inquiries. Without a name, reachable email address, product reference, quantity and delivery location, we generally cannot prepare a reliable quotation.
5. Quotations, orders, delivery, payment and invoicing
Where an inquiry results in a quotation, order, delivery or other business transaction, we process the necessary contact, communication, product, contract, delivery, invoice and payment data for pre-contractual measures and contract performance under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Where statutory retention, tax or evidence obligations apply, processing is additionally based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR may apply for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
6. Recipients and access
Personal data is received only by internal persons and external bodies that require it for the respective transaction. Depending on the specific order, these may include:
- ALL-INKL.COM as hosting and email processor,
- parcel, shipping and logistics providers,
- banks and payment institutions,
- tax advisers, bookkeeping and, where applicable, auditors,
- IT service providers where required for operation, maintenance or restoration,
- technical specialists where a product-related assessment is necessary.
Technical information is shared only to the extent required and, where possible, processed without unnecessary personal attribution. Access to hosting and email accounts is limited to the persons who require it.
7. International transfers
No regular transfer of personal data to countries outside the European Union or European Economic Area is intended for the standard process described. If such a transfer becomes necessary in an individual case, we will provide information and ensure a lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards.
8. Retention and deletion
- Server logs: generally no more than seven days unless a specific security incident requires longer retention.
- Inquiries without a contract: generally six months after communication is completed; where required for evidence or legal defence, no longer than the applicable regular limitation period.
- Quotations without an order: generally up to three years after the end of the calendar year where required for documentation, follow-up or defence of claims; otherwise earlier deletion.
- Commercial correspondence and contract-related communication: generally six years in accordance with statutory retention obligations.
- Invoices and tax-relevant accounting records: generally eight years in accordance with statutory retention obligations.
- Backups: maintained in rolling cycles and deleted when the relevant backup generation is overwritten; data is not restored from technically immutable backup generations solely for selective deletion unless legally required.
After the applicable period, data is deleted or anonymised unless legal obligations or legitimate reasons require continued storage.
9. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures. These include encrypted HTTPS transmission, restricted administration and mailbox access, strong individual passwords, multi-factor authentication where available, regular updates, backups and separate deployment of only the files required for the public website.
10. Your rights

11. Right to lodge a complaint
