1. Responsible economic operator in the European Union

For products placed on the market under the TARGET-EAGLE brand, SP Services GmbH is the product and safety contact available within the European Union. It ensures that the identification, contact, safety and accompanying information required for the respective product is provided.

2. Manufacturer and importer role

Manufacturer: LBN Co., Ltd., China.
Importer and responsible economic operator in the EU: SP Services GmbH, Kanalstraße 2, 63785 Obernburg a. Main, Germany, anfrage@target-eagle.com.
Seller and contracting party: SP Services GmbH.
Product brand: TARGET-EAGLE.

3. Product identification

Every standard product offered is identified by model code, product name and associated dimensions. Labelling on the product, packaging or accompanying document must match the quotation, invoice and product data sheet. Custom versions receive a separate reference.

4. Online product information

The product pages show real images, model codes, core data, order unit, supplied components and price. Warnings and safety information are provided directly on the website or through the current product data sheet. The documented technical conditions of use apply to the D and X Series; the specific product and setup combination is confirmed in writing in the individual quotation.

5. Labelling and accompanying documents

Before dispatch, we check that product-related information on the label, packaging, product data sheet and quotation is consistent. This includes at least the model reference, contact details of the responsible economic operator and the warnings and instructions required for safe use.

6. Questions and safety reports

Send questions on product identification, accompanying documents or a possible safety problem to anfrage@target-eagle.com. State the model code, order or invoice number, a description and, where possible, meaningful photographs. Do not continue using a product with a possible safety defect until the matter has been clarified.

7. Product monitoring and corrective action

Information from complaints, feedback and technical assessments is documented and evaluated by product. Necessary corrective, information, withdrawal or recall measures are initiated according to the circumstances.
