Withdrawal instructions

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods. Where several goods forming one order are delivered separately, the period begins on receipt of the last item.

You may use the model below, but its use is not mandatory.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. Additional costs arising from a more expensive delivery method chosen by you are not reimbursed. Reimbursement is made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt of your notice. We use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have supplied evidence of return, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after giving notice. You bear the direct cost of return unless the quotation or contract confirmation states otherwise. If goods cannot normally be returned by post because of their nature, the direct return cost or a reasonable estimate is stated in the individual quotation before contract conclusion. You are responsible for diminished value only where it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or expiry

The right of withdrawal may in particular be excluded for goods that are not prefabricated and whose production is governed by an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or that are clearly personalised. Any applicable exception is stated before contract conclusion in the individual quotation and contract confirmation.
